Hundreds of studies have shown that daily meditation has a huge impact on reducing stress and depression, increasing happiness, and improving overall health and success. With all the proof available it’s still a very under utilized practice. From personal experience, this lack of action isn’t from pure laziness but simply the lack of know-how.
I always wanted to try to meditate but felt a bit overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start.
Turns out it’s not that complicated and can be done in 6 easy steps and in 20 mins or less. This specific meditation is considered Dynamic, rather than passive, as you will be actively engaged, visualizing, and going through mental exercises.
The 6 steps have been laid out with brief explanation to get you familiar with the process. At the end there is a guided video that we recommend you go through during your first meditation(you can use it during all future meditations as well).
